The Lake Barrington Countryside Park District (LBCPD) provides recreational amenities on the Municipal Campus through an intergovernmental agreement with the Village of Lake Barrington. This site presents information regarding the LBCPD Tennis Courts, Playground and Pavilion Area, Spray Park, Soccer Field, and Baseball Field. The board consists of Lake Barrington residents who volunteer their time to keep the park district running smoothly. Since they are all volunteers, the park district does not offer any classes or organized activities.

Freier Farm is managed by the Village of Lake Barrington. The path thru the nature preserve is managed by Lake County Forest Preserve.
